Our CSB Debit Cards are securely chipped for your protection and accepted at thousands of merchants and ATM Machines nationwide. When you use your Community Savings Bank debit card, you are protected against fraud with Zero Liability Protection.

LOST/STOLEN CARD

In the event of any unauthorized use of your Community Savings Bank issued debit card, or if it is lost or stolen, future activity can be blocked by:

  • Signing into the CSB Online App, tapping My Cards* and setting the toggle switch to Card is Off
  • Calling the branch at 513-734-4445 or 937-981-3123 during business hours, or
  • Calling 800-554-8969 after business hours

*Card Management must be activated in the App for this option to be available.
