Worried your payment won't arrive on time? Don't be. WE GUARANTEE if you schedule your payment according to the terms and conditions of the service, and it arrives late, any late charges (up to $50) will be covered by Community Savings Bank. Bill Pay on time Guarantee exceptions include: Tax Payments, Court Ordered Payments, Child Support, and Stocks or Investment Payments.
Deposit checks via your smartphone camera. Through our downloadable Bank With CSB app, Mobile Deposit turns a smartphone into a deposit-making device. You use your phone's camera to snap a picture of the front and back of each check, then submit the images electronically to us. Depositing checks as they are received, reduces the risk of loss or theft and is available anytime 7 days a week. Standard maximum individual check amount is $7,500 and daily deposit total is $10,000 using Mobile Deposit. Please remember to endorse your check with “For Remote Deposit Only.” Requests for higher limits can be made by calling us 513-734-4445.

In the event of any unauthorized use of your Community Savings Bank issued debit card, or if it is lost or stolen, future activity can be blocked by:

Signing into the Bank With CSB online app, tapping Accounts and Account Summary from the dropdown menu. Go to card and then details. Scroll down to block card immediately.
