This system upgrade is part of our commitment to remain in the forefront of banking technology and enhancing the experience for our customers. Upgrading our core allows us to bring exciting new services to you.
Some of the new services that bring greater convenience include:
Online and more efficient in-branch account opening
The latest cyber security technology
Online transfers with your other financial institutions
New debit cards with contactless payment and improved encryption
We are confident this new system will position us to continue to meet your banking needs.
Please review the enclosed Frequently Asked Questions that will be helpful in answering most of your questions. We want to offer you complete communication and assistance as we move forward with this new upgrade.

All of your account numbers have remained the same.
Your account will still receive all automatic payments, benefits or income from all your current sources after this upgrade. (There’s no need to contact your employer or Social Security about direct deposits.)

You should have received a new debit card in the mail ahead of our core conversion process.
If you did not receive your new Debit card, please call either of our branches or stop in and we will give you a new one.
After you activate your new Debit Card:
Be sure to add your new debit card to your phone’s digital wallet and set it as your default payment option.
Update your card details anywhere it’s used for your automatic payments—such as streaming services, utility bills, or mobile subscriptions.
The first time you log in to your Online Banking, you will need to re-enroll with your username and password. You can use the same ID and password, but it is not required.

To coincide with the Online Banking upgrade, we have a new and improved Mobile App for you to download and use: BANK WITH CSB.
The new app name in both the Apple store and Google Android store is BANK WITH CSB.
Note: Similar to your Online Banking, you will need to re-enroll the first time you log into the new app. You can use the same ID and password, but it is not required.
All Bill Pay Users will need to re-enroll in Bill Pay and re-add your billing accounts.
As a customer of Community Savings Bank, you still get your credit score for free. My Credit Score is built right into our new Online and Mobile Banking App so you won't need a new login.
