Important Information for Checking & Savings Account Owners:

Your account number will stay the same after the upgrade.

 

Your account will still be able to receive all automatic payments, benefits or income from all your current sources after the upgrade. (There’s no need to contact your employer or Social Security about direct deposits.)


You will receive an extra statement that will produce on October 17th , 2025. (Going forward, all statements will be produced at month-end.)

Important Information for Debit Card Customers:

If you currently have a Community Savings Bank debit card, here are the key dates and steps to ensure a smooth transition during our core system upgrade:


Your current debit card will be active until Monday, October 20th.


You will receive a new debit card in the mail ahead of our core conversion process. If you do not receive your new Debit card by October 15th, please contact either of our branches.


You can activate your new card starting Sunday, October 19th .

 

IMPORTANT: Your existing card will be deactivated on Monday, October 20th.


After you activate your new Debit Card:


Be sure to add your new debit card to your phone’s digital wallet and set it as your default payment option.


Update your card details anywhere it’s used for your automatic payments—such as streaming services, utility bills, or mobile subscriptions.

Important Information for Online Banking Customers:

Online Banking users will experience a short interruption of service.

 

In advance of our conversion, be sure to download or print any existing statements from your online banking you may need in the future.


Online Banking will be unavailable starting Friday, October 17th after 3:00pm and will resume full functionality on Monday, October 20th at 9:00am.


Note: After Monday, October 20th, the first time you log in to your Online Banking, you will need to re-enroll with your username and password. You can use the same ID and password, but it is not required.

Important Information for Mobile Banking Customers:

To coincide with the Online Banking upgrade, we will have a new and improved Mobile App for you to download after the core conversion:


The current CSB ONLINE app will be active until 3:00pm Friday, October 17th.


After Monday, October 20th, you will be able to download the new mobile banking app. The new app name in both the Apple store and Google Android store is BANK WITH CSB.

 

Note: Similar to your Online Banking, you will need to re-enroll the first time you log into the new app. You can use the same ID and password, but it is not required. 

Important Information for Bill Pay Customers:

In advance of our conversion, be sure to make note of any existing billers and their information including addresses, account numbers, and payment amounts. This information will be needed while enrolling in our new Bill Pay service.

 

You will not be able to log in and access Bill Pay after 3:00pm on Friday, October 17th, but will be able to access it again on Monday, October 20th.

 

During this downtime, any scheduled bill payments you have between Friday, October 17th – Monday, October 20th will still go through as normal.

 

After Monday, October 20th, you will need to re-enroll in Bill Pay and re-add your billing accounts.

Important Information for My Credit Score Customers:

In advance of our conversion, be sure to make note of any existing billers and their information including addresses, account numbers, and payment amounts. This information will be needed while enrolling in our new Bill Pay service.

 

Following the conversion on Monday, October 20th, My Credit Score will be replaced with our new, updated credit score monitoring service called Array.


You will not be able to log in and access your My Credit Score account after 3:00pm on Friday, October 17th, but will be able to sign up and use Array starting Monday, October 20th.

 

Note: Array is the new credit monitoring service replacing My Credit Score. You will need to enroll in Array to start using this service.
