Supporting the nonprofit organizations that serve our communities.

The mission of the Community Savings Bank Foundation is to support charitable organizations operating in the communities served by the Bank. In addition to the Bank’s traditional community contributions, the Foundation has identified main areas it will emphasize in its support within our local communities.

EDUCATION

Grants to schools and other groups providing scholarships, tutoring, learning programs for local students and more.

HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES

Support for organizations delivering wellness programs, food security, family stability services and more.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Funding for mentorship programs, recreational organizations, after-school programs for young people and more.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Grants for groups that expand housing programs through down payment assistance, counseling and more.

ELIGIBILITY

Who can request a grant

Grant recipients must demonstrate: (i) a direct relevance to the Foundation’s mission and (ii) either Section 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a need for private financial support.

Please provide proof of 501(c)(3) status with your request.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

• Organization name and 501(c)(3) documentation
• Contact name, email, and phone number
• Amount requested
• A description of your organization and how the grant would be used in support of the Foundation’s mission

Attach your 501(c)(3) status

Include a copy of your IRS determination letter.
